Your role caring for children & young people with various complex difficulties is crucial to the success of their future and independence. This includes:

- Integrating new staff and young people into comfortable inductions, leading their starts
- Working with management to develop leading skills to provide professional care
- Organising care plans and records for the OFSTED regulatory framework

**Qualifications & Skills**
- NVQ level 3 - Residential childcare - level 3 (required)
- 12 months experience in residential childcare, 5-16 years-old (required)
