We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated individual to work as a Procurement Admin Assistant.

- What will I do?- Be responsible for ensuring that all invoices, credit notes and associated records are processed accurately and efficiently and forwarded to accounts payable timeously to facilitate prompt payment.
- Liaise with suppliers and accounts payable to resolve problems and facilitate prompt payment of invoices.
- Administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, filing, and maintaining stockholding records What skills do I need?
