We are a leading luxury cruise agency on an exciting path of expansion and innovation. As part of our dynamic marketing team, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to bring our online and offline visual communications to life. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of our luxury cruise experiences, reaching and inspiring new and returning clients.

**Your Role**:
As our Graphic Designer, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, creating captivating graphics that resonate with our discerning clientele. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to design a wide range of materials, including digital advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials, ensuring a consistent and luxury brand image across all platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative visual strategies that enhance our brand's presence and drive engagement.
- Manage the visual aspects of our website, ensuring a cohesive and attractive presentation of our luxury cruise packages.
- Work with suppliers and various asset libraries to ensure partner brand guidelines and design principles are always adhered to.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in graphic design and luxury travel to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
- A creative and dynamic graphic designer with a portfolio demonstrating experience in both digital and print design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with web design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and effective designs.
- Experience in the luxury travel or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.

**Key information**:

- Office-based at our office in Hurstpierpoint
- Monday to Friday, 0900-1730
- Reporting to: Marketing Manager and Commercial Team
