The role of the Junior Graphic Designer is to work from initial idea, through to design, artwork and final delivery. Managing our brand through creating, updating and managing the artwork and presentation of a variety of projects such as training course material, brochures, website, elearning and videos.

**Job Specifics**
- Creating visually appealing digital and print materials, such as website, brochures, social media graphics, presentations and training materials
- Help develop and maintain consistent branding across various marketing channels.Developing ideas and artwork for new and existing training course material
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to contribute to creative projects
- Provide the design and production of marketing materials for training events and webinars.
- Managing brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative concepts.
- Working with external experts to develop the layout and artwork for training books.
- Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years previous commercial graphic design experience
- Strong graphic design skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with design principles and practices
- Ability to work independently.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of web design is a benefit.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign is a plus.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
