**Main Duties And Responsibilities**
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Verify expense reports and prepares reimbursements
- Analyse purchase requests according to the company’s procedure
- Manage the accounts payable function, obtaining approvals, posting, and requesting payment of supplier invoices
- Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger
- Compare reports from systems to actual balances
- Support the accountants in closing the books every month
- Provide status of financial condition by collecting and interpreting financial data
- Other duties reasonably assigned

**Special Job Requirements**
- Exceptional attention on details
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic accounting and high-level mathematical skills
- Experience in managing processes & developing standards
- Superior communication skills

**Key Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- 2+ year of experience in a similar post
- Excellent command of verbal and written English
- Qualified in accounting
- Experience in using accounting softwares
