**_Customer Service Executive_** required to join this small, busy, and personable team. Salary per annum will be between **_£24,000 - £26,000_** depending on experience. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am until 5pm.

You will require own transport to access the office, and this is not a hybrid or remote working role.

**_Duties:_**
- Prepare quotations and process orders
- Record customer queries and complaints
- Liaise with service providers over day-to-day operations
- Liaise with the finance department, customers and suppliers to resolve invoice queries
- Research new solutions to different customer requests
- Set up new supplier accounts
- Support month-end invoice process

**_Benefits:_**
- **_£24,000 - £26,000 _**per annum
- 25 days holiday
- Pension

**_Experience:_**
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to milti-task and work in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Excellent IT skills
