Role: Temp Receptionist / Administrator

Day to day responsibilities include
- Duties will include professionally answering all incoming calls, meeting, and greeting visitors, booking meeting rooms, dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
- Providing support to the accounts team & purchase processes and assisting with general administration duties.

Criteria:

- Good IT skills including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Some previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage your own workload
- Ability to work independently

Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:00a.m - 4:30pm,

Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm.

£11.20p/hr

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Salary**: £11.20 per hour

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
