**Job Title: Order Entry and Customer Service Specialist**

**Position: Permanent, Full-time**

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Do you have experience working with SAP and possess excellent data entry skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our clients team as an Order Entry Specialist.
Job Description: As an Order Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders into the SAP system. Your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be essential in ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the order fulfilment process.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Receiving and reviewing customer orders for accuracy and completeness.- Entering orders into the SAP system with precision and attention to detail.- Verifying pricing, quantities, and delivery dates to ensure accuracy.- Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales and logistics, to resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies.- Monitoring order status and communicating updates to customers as needed.- Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving customer concerns.- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of orders, changes, and customer interactions.- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to order management.- Supporting other administrative tasks as assigned.**Requirements: To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications**:

- Previous experience in order entry, order processing, or a similar role is highly desirable.- Strong proficiency in using SAP or a similar ERP system.- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.- Solid organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.- Familiarity with order management processes and procedures.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).- A positive attitude, a proactive approach, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.**Why Join...**
