Job Description
Coty Account Executive cover is provided by a national account manager or a suitable, more senior contact.
12 month maternity cover
**3 days in the office**
Main Job Purpose: As a Customer Account Executive for Coty, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing direct pharmacy orders across the Coty Beauty range. Your primary focus will be to support both the Commercial and Sales teams, ensuring efficient order intake processes and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Tasks:
- Oversee the intake of orders from both Pharmacy Wholesalers and Direct Pharmacy orders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure lead times are met and key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
- Daily review of Live Order Reports to proactively identify and resolve any issues.
- Resolve customer service queries and issues promptly and efficiently, including obtaining Proof of Delivery (PODs) upon request.
- Set up all new product lines in the ERP system.
- Maintain and update content on the Coty Staff Shop Web Shop.
- Develop strong professional relationships with the Coty Account Manager and Commercial Manager.
- Assist the Commercial Manager with any admin-related tasks related to the Coty business and our external Field Sales Team.
- Oversee the Coty Pharmacy promotional plan and its execution.
- Coordinate with Point of Sale suppliers for timely delivery and management of POS materials.
- Generate customer reports tailored to their specific requirements.
- Process Uplift/Return requests, ensuring compliance with approval processes.
- Support team members in their absence by actioning their work.
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice of medicinal products for activities relating to medicine and medical devices.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
