**3 days in the office**
As a Customer Account Executive for Coty, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing direct pharmacy orders across the Coty Beauty range. Your primary focus will be to support both the Commercial and Sales teams, ensuring efficient order intake processes and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure lead times are met and key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
Resolve customer service queries and issues promptly and efficiently, including obtaining Proof of Delivery (PODs) upon request.
Maintain and update content on the Coty Staff Shop Web Shop.
Develop strong professional relationships with the Coty Account Manager and Commercial Manager.
Assist the Commercial Manager with any admin-related tasks related to the Coty business and our external Field Sales Team.
Coordinate with Point of Sale suppliers for timely delivery and management of POS materials.
Support team members in their absence by actioning their work.
Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice of medicinal products for activities relating to medicine and medical devices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
