**About the role**:
**FIXED TERM 6 MONTHS**:Our Tactical Planners are at the heart of the retail operation and we need to be in the right place at the right time. Accountable for creating midterm planning forecasts using all the necessary resources to meet customer demand, the Sales and Capacity Tactical Planner role is integral in keeping Ocado moving. You will be responsible for analysing various assumptions, such as customer sales, basket sizes and route efficiency, reacting and taking the appropriate actions while you will use your excellent communication skills to work with the Operation and internal and external stakeholders to ensure these actions are achieved. You will be encouraged to develop new skills and working practices to continue the improvement of the department

**About you**:
You are an experienced Planning and/or logistics professional, and you are passionate about progressing your career. You are used to working under pressure and you are exceptional at analysing and understanding dynamic forecasting whilst having a technical mindset, with excellent attention to detail. You know your way around Excel, Word, SQL and Google Sheets and are brilliant at time management. You are great with people and you enjoy building constructive working relationships, and you prioritise customer service in everything you do. Happy to share your knowledge and skills, you are a helpful, approachable and proactive team player.
