We are looking for an Office administrator to join our team within a growing company.

The role would be working from our home based office in Enderby.

**Duties would Include but are not limited to**o:

- Preparing, organising and storing information on paper and digital form
- Managing the company diary
- Scheduling Electricians diary
- Typing up letters and reports
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Liaising with clients regard quotes and invoices
- Basic bookkeeping
- Updating the company social media and website
- Thorough and have great attention to detail
- Able to work well with others
- Able to work by yourself
- Flexible and Open to change
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous Bookkeeping experience (Ideal but not essential)
- Computer literate, a great knowledge of Word, Excel etc. Previous experience of Tradify & Zero would be beneficial but not essential
- Social Media Savvy

The hours are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 10am-2pm

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- No weekends
