**French Sales and customer service Executive**

Our well-established client is looking to recruit a French or Dutch Speaking Sales Coordinator to Join their established Account Management and Sales Team. We are ideally looking for someone with experience in Customer Service, retail or sales support roleswho displays excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach, it is desirable that you are fluent is either French or Dutch Language written and verbal, as well as excellent written verbal English skills.

The role would suit a highly self-motivated and confident individual who enjoys the client interact and relationship building.

Main duties and responsibilities
- You will manage every aspect of the customer journey from placing their order through to them receiving their goods.
- You will also provide an after sales service ensuring that any issues are dealt with swiftly and according to company policy.
- Plan and prioritise workload according to company timescales and customer expectations
- Ensuring all orders go out of the business quickly and efficiently
- Evaluating and checking payments for orders
- Database management ensuring the information is maintained and accurate
- Checking all orders to ensure delivery details are accurate
- Following fraud check procedures
- Working to strict deadlines and targets
- Maintaining excel spreadsheets
- Working closely with the sales team supporting them on any administration tasks
- Acting as part of the sales team dealing with requests and orders from customers across UK and Europe - predominantly from the French site

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to maintain and build strong working relationships
- Previous use of Outlook is desirable.
- Must be able to problem solve independently.
- Prioritise workload to achieve agreed business deadlines
- Highly motivated and driven
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Working to tight deadlines
- High level of attention to details and excellent written English
- Fluent in the following Languages English and French or Dutch and English
