**Responsibilities**:
As a specialist mentor you will be required to do the following when working one to one with students:
...- Help them to achieve an appropriate balance activities of everyday living and academic related tasks
- Improve organisational skills such as time management
- Assist students in preparing for their deadlines by breaking down tasks into smaller parts for them
- Help to manage anxiety and cope with anxiety and stress caused by study related issues and/or everyday living.
- Help students with reflecting on their own experiences
- Improve students confidence by building on their existing strengths
- Assist in preparing students for new experiences which they may be nervous going into
- Work closely with Randstad ensure any concerns with students are communicated as soon as possible Behave in a professional and confidential manner at all times**Requirements**:
