Graduate Marketing Executive

**The role and team**

We are looking for an ambitious, passionate and dedicated Marketing (or similar) graduate who wishes to drive their career in Marketing to join our passionate and driven marketing team.

apetito have set ambitious growth targets which require outstanding support to drive this growth both on
- and off-line. The corporate marketing team deliver critical support across the business (particularly our B2B businesses) from digital marketing, visits & events, category management, design, corporate and employer branding. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and working within the heart of the business, the Graduate Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting across many of these core areas of the team including key business-critical projects.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
The primary focus for this role is to support the apetito Corporate Marketing Team across all areas of marketing activity. No two days will be the same and you’ll get to try your hand at a wide range of Marketing activities; from analysing customers’ behaviour; developing strategies and delivering online and offline Marketing campaigns; organising, managing and attending internal and national external events; to liaising with agencies and/or internal stakeholders regarding creative design, social media, SEO, PR or advertising. This placement will help you develop your marketing skills and provide you with a strong foundation for your future in marketing.

**Essential skills**:
You will have graduated or be studying towards a marketing/business (or similar) degree with the expectation that you will receive a 2:1 or above, graduating on or before 2023. You must be able to showcase proven marketing and business knowledge and understanding including effective stakeholder management, communication and collaboration.

**Desirable skills**:

- Previous Marketing (or similar Business) experience
- Digital/social media marketing experience
- Strong copywriting ability
- CIM or equivalent Marketing qualification
- Experience in project management
- An interest in B2B/corporate/employer brand marketing
- An interest in FMCG and/or food
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience
- Driving licence
