EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an established Estate Agency business covering North West London for a Lettings/Property Management Administrator.
The role will involve general lettings administration, dealing with property maintenance duties and renewals.
Offering a salary of up to £32k and option to earn commission/bonus and interviewing now

**Duties of a Lettings Administrator include**:

- Admin - General office duties
- Preparing Terms of Business and sending out ensuring they are signed
- Supporting Directors with diary management, arranging meetings and gatekeeping
- General development and improvement of the office structure
- Ensuring legal compliance to new and existing legislation on all let and managed properties
- Completing move in checklist for all new deals, ensuring all properties comply with regulations
- Assisting with AML compliance
- Ensuring smooth running of all files
- Updating monthly and quarterly records including deal board
- Preparing Tenancy Agreements for new lettings
- All aspects of maintenance
- Renewals

**Experience/skills required**:

- Experience in a Lettings Administrator or Estate Agency Administration
- Eye for detail, ability to prioritise their workload
- Excellent standard of written and verbal English
- IT proficient

**Package/Benefits**:

- Up to £32k salary per annum
- Potential for commission/bonus in addition to salary.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
- Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays
