Due to expansion we are hiring a **Field Care Supervisor** to join our **Bromley** team.

**Field Care Supervisor Duties Include**:.
- Mentoring new staff
- Leading with field-based compliance (including quality monitoring, spot checks and hospital discharges)
- Assisting with client assessments and reviews
- Troubleshooting where instructed by Managers.

**Field Care Supervisor Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience assessing vulnerable clients in their own homes
- Familiar with the use of essential health and safety equipment in the community
- Professional and responsive where there are risks identified
- Knowledge of local authority compliance and CQC requirements
- Champion of Service user rights
- Experienced in Mental Capacity Assessments, Care Planning and Risk Assessments
- Good communicator, well organised and proficient with Word and Excel.

This role requires a degree of flexibility and is not a office based position.

Weekend working, on call and some morning and evening shifts are required due to the nature of the business and roster is set by the manager of the services to ensure duties and tasks are distributed fairly amongst the team.

This opportunity is only open to those currently residing in the UK due to the timeliness to fill this vacancy.
