At _Inventories For You_ we provide high quality inventory and check out reports for a range of clients across Brighton and Hove.

An inventory report details the overall condition of the property, and itemises everything within (for example: flooring, walls, kitchen appliances, bathroom furnishings etc ).

A check out report records the overall condition of the property, assessing the general cleanliness of the property, and checks for any damages that may have occurred during the tenancy. Check out reports are done whilst constantly referencing the original inventory report to determine whether the condition of the property has changed during the tenancy.

Some of the software that we use includes: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets/ Microsoft Excel and TIM (The Inventory Manager). Whilst we do not necessarily expect applicants to have had previous experience with these specific pieces of software; computer literacy is essential in order to learn our systems and our processes.

The majority of the job can be done remotely, and full training is provided.

**Person Specification**

We are looking for individuals who are able to work using their own initiative, are good time keepers and have a minimum of GCSE English.

An appropriate applicant would be someone who is keen to learn, and is an enthusiastic worker.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
