A Work Project Administrator within the Transmission Operations Planning team supports all aspects of clerical, administration and purchasing for the department. This includes preparation of regular reports, scorecard etc. In addition, you will support the work programming of the Transmission Industrial staff in conjunction with the Scheduling & Planning Team.
- What you'll be doing_

As a Work Project Administrator, you will:
- Provide a central contact point in respect of the work programme and outage plan.- Assist in the building of work programmes with Engineers and Team Leaders.- Support the Planning Scheduler to drive efficiencies in the work programme by actively managing the process and looking for improvements.- Supporting the weekly and daily maintenance of the resource plan and work programme.- Maintain the outage plan for Transmission Operations and search for opportunities to combine work activities/defect management.- Utilise SAP to identify potential work to maximise outage opportunities and drive productivity.- Production and delivery of reports and management information within agreed timescales.- Implementation of work programme project administration controls.- Actively Manage the Delegated Purchasing process to ensure governance and compliance with corporate process for the department.- Administration of Transmission Operations HSEQ reports and workflow within OneHS.- Liaison with external suppliers and other business areas.- Contribute as an effective team member of Transmission Operations team.- Ensure quality standards are maintained in all activities performed.- Ensure awareness of and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental- Work towards a zero-accident culture.

To be successful, you will have:
- Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).- Contract management/commercial awareness.- Good working knowledge of inter-business processes and relationships.- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-based approach.- Developed analytical skills to be able to assess and interpret data.- Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Minimum Criteria:_- Computer literacy Microsoft Office packages.- Working knowledge of SAP Administration.- Demonstratable knowledge and experience of procurement processes.- Experience of working & operating within a Technical & Project Environment with a strong Safety culture.
