As Head of Business at Jaguar Land Rover Nottingham, you’ll be driving forwards the financial results of one of the most luxurious automotive brands in the market, empowering your team to be the best they can be, whilst being fuelled by the opportunity to thrive in your career along the way. Working as a part of Jaguar Land Rover, you’ll be brushing shoulders with some of Britain’s most iconic vehicles on the market, every day. Creating an integral part of Britain’s automotive heritage, Jaguar Land Rover designers and engineers have developed a blend of pulse-raising performance and all-terrain confidence, encapsulating the epitome of luxury. You’ll be guiding your team to be the best they can be, taking their customers on their journey to own a piece of art in the form of classic British vehicles.
**What you’ll have the opportunity to be involved with**:
- Being accountable for delivering top financial results across each department, by offering a first-class experience for your associates and customers
- Ensuring the end-to-end process standards are met in line with FCA regulations, and showroom standards are maintained to high manufacturer standards
- Delivering outstanding levels of customer service, and coaching your team of Leaders to do the same with their associates
- Manage all aspects of your dealership, including new and used car sales, associated products, parts, labour and aftersales care
- Recruit, develop and retain talented Associates, motivating them to be the best they can be and supporting them with regular reviews, training and progression plans
- Implement brand strategies, policies and procedures, whilst taking a self-driven, forward thinking approach to develop the business further and build manufacturer relationships
**Do you have what it takes to be a Pendragon Associate? We’re looking for someone who is**:
- A proven top-performer at leadership level within the automotive sector, being driven by a passion for the industry, ideally with knowledge of the JLR franchise
- Knowledgeable of vehicle, consumer credit and trade practice legislation, plus able to satisfy the requirements of GI Compliance and be of ‘good financial repute’
- Experienced in managing budgets and leading a high performing team, with the ability to motivate and coach people to be the best they can be
- Customer orientated, with excellent communication skills and a people-first, collaborative and professional mindset
