Executive Assistant to Directors

Reporting to and working with our Directors providing organisational, administrative and management assistance and support.
Responsibilities include;
Organising Director’s diary and work schedule; making appointments, and effectively arranging meetings.
Acting as point of contact (on the Director’s behalf) for all correspondence internal and external.
Taking and screening Director phone calls, reacting timely to any requirements arising.
Managing requests, obtaining and providing accurate information and reports timely.
Attending meetings with, or on behalf of Director; taking notes, producing minutes and effective action plans when required and following up actions to meet timescales.
Provide adhoc administrative support and assistance as required.
Have daily contact with Director, providing information and progress updates.
To be successful and enjoy this role, you will need to have outstanding planning and organisation skills, be confident and assertive at all levels and able to work under pressure.
Must have excellent knowledge of, and be competent with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and have effective communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Knowledge of the construction industry would be an advantage.
**Salary**: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
