**Accounts Administrator Job in Christchurch**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage, reconcile, and control the sales/invoicing process
- Sales ledger support for a growing portfolio of clients ensuring invoices are accurate, complete, and issued in a timely manner
- Purchase ledger support ensuring supplier invoices are accurate and processed in a timely manner
- Acting as a direct point of contact for client queries
- Supporting the Financial Controller and Accounts Team with other day to day tasks and ad hoc projects as required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience working within a commercial business in an accounting or administration function
- Proficient using MS Office with intermediate/advanced Excel skills
- Experience of resolving queries in a timely manner
- Methodical, self-disciplined and have the ability to prioritise own workload
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Keen eye for detail

**Salary and Benefits**:

- A salary from £23,000 per annum
- Working Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
- Pension

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Christchurch: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
