Admin/purchase Ledger Assistant

We are looking for an Admin/Purchase Ledger Assistant to provide admin support to the General Manager and Head of Finance.
The key responsibilities will be but not inclusive:
- Accurate inputting and coding of purchase ledger invoices and credit notes
- Bank reconciliation
- Daily sales/till reconciliation
- Banking
- Resolve any invoice queries
- Conduct general admin duties which may include answering the telephone, taking messages and dealing with members enquiries
- Assisting the General Manager with the day-today administration of the Club
The admin duties may vary from day to day and we are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to work as part of the team.
This is a part-time 32 hour/week and on occasions may in include weekend work. We offer 28 days annual leave pro rata and the rate of pay will be £13/hour

Part-time hours: 32 per week
**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
