**Construction**
- Assist where necessary with construction project team in resolving design / construction issues.
- Develop and assist in producing standard Consultants letter of appointment to ensure all levels of services are covered.
- Identify where additional information is required from sub-contractors for BREEAM / Code projects.
- Co-ordinate and assist with discharging of all associated planning conditions on projects.
- Co-ordinate and assist with discharging of all associated building control conditions.
- Liaise direct with Clients, Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Suppliers as required.
- Assist and check consultants’ drawings, as required, against latest Building Regulations, WHQR, DQR and Clients ERD for compliance.
- Assist with securing Section 38, 104 and 106 Agreements on new developments.
- Assist in co-ordinating and compiling of evidence for submission to Breeam & Code Assessors on relevant projects.
- Assist with securing electric, water, gas and BT services for new developments.
- Consult with Secure by Design Officer for scheme approval and attend site meetings as necessary.
- Assist in compiling information for Site Waste Management Plans (SWMP).
- To support the site managers where necessary to ensure project is planned and carried out safely, to good standards and on programme, within budget and QUENSH compliant. All in conjunction with other project team members.
- Attend regular internal site progress meetings as necessary. Carry out identified actions.
- Attend Client monthly site progress meetings as necessary. Carry out identified actions.

**CDM**
- Assist in compiling the Health and Safety file and O&M documentation towards completion of contracts suitable for the handing over to the CDM and Client.
- Produce ‘As-Built’ drawings as necessary.

**Design**
- Act as lead contact for prospective Clients during initial design / development of new projects. Arrange and attend meetings as necessary.
- Develop and standardise construction methods on projects.
- Review designs to ensure buildability and cost effective.
- Assist in production of initial feasibility design / sketch scheme for sites / buildings to assist in acquisition.
- Produce drawings in hand drawn and AutoCAD format for suitable issue to site, Clients etc.
- Review Consultants designs / proposals where required. Provide feedback, comments, alternative designs as necessary.
- Attend and contribute as necessary to Design Team meetings.
