A very rare opportunity & highly desirable position has recently come up in our Cheltenham Head Office, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our small friendly head office team. Working closely with our senior management and finance department.
**What the Accounts Clerk/Administrator role will be responsible for**:
- All bank transaction processing BACS payments & payments to general creditors.
- All facilities management, including, utilities, fire safety, PAT testing, insurances, phone lines, broadband & general maintenance reviews.
- Report generation for management and finance functions.
- Pension administration.
- Inputing of timesheets.
- Ad-hoc reporting or administrative tasks for Directors.
- Placing general orders.
**What we are looking for**:
There will be elements of learning how to use the administrative side of a booking system which will be supported but must be confident in learning new systems.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
