An opportunity has arisen to join an award winning equipment supply and maintenance organisation in the Aylesbury area as our **Stores Stock Controller**.

The role is based in at our head office in Aylesbury, supporting our Installation and Service teams through accurate management of our inventory of spare parts, stock level management, warranty control, etc. The role is available for an immediate start.

The individual must have a stores.stock control background, experience managing stock levels through IT systems and good IT abilities. The role is one half of a two person team supporting our business.

Key duties are;
- Liaising with account managers of courier companies when issues arise
- Paying import charges on goods received
- Tidying and organising the warehouse
- Sourcing pallets for freight shipments, wrapping pallets for shipping
- Stock control for all parts and equipment
- Shipping goods, arranging courier collections
- Receiving goods in, putting stock away and receipting on Business Central
- Replenishment of all warehouse consumables (tape, boxes, bubble wrap)
- Sourcing parts for non-stock lifts
- Raising and receiving purchase orders for non-stock service/installation jobs
- Picking and packing for Service jobs and installation jobs
- Manually adjusting stock for Installation jobs
- Ensuring parts shipped are adjusted with the correct codes on system so they are allocated correctly
- Running reports for inventory, and ensuring items are set up correctly on Business Central
- Adding suppliers to Business Central
- Liaising with non-lift suppliers for additional installation/service items
- Liaising with transport companies to send and receive pallets
- Arranging couriers for urgent issues
- Reading through engineer report cards and providing quotes of parts to service
- Warranty management for repair items
- Engineer tool and consumables replenishment
- Stock control of office/rental tools
- Sourcing parts that are obsolete with assistance from Tech department
- Installation job cards
- Setting up new engineers (uniform, van stock, tool, PPE register)
- Assisting Engineers and service department with Part numbers
- Arranging hazardous waste disposal (oil, rags, adblue, batteries)

Please note that this position may require standing for extended periods of time and the ability to lift heavy objects.

We offer a package including a 10% incentive element based on company performance paid anually. 25 days holiday + birthday off, along with other perks and incentives.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
