We’re currently recruiting for a **Head of CRM and Data Enablement **to join our **Strategy and Transformation Function, in Pensions and Savings. **The Head of CRM and Data Enablement is responsible for managing the P&S CRM and Data enablement Centre of Excellence (CoE) which is a centralised hub dedicated to driving and optimising CRM strategy, delivery and usage. CRM means the data, technology and processes that P&S use to manage and improve the relationships we have with existing and prospective corporate and individual customers, together with their advisers and consultants, triggering the right campaigns, opportunities and engagement experiences for these audiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for setting the Strategy and Planning of CRM solutions, working closely across P&S to ensure key business requirements are captured to plan and prioritise a CRM development roadmap.
- Design, manage and optimise the CRM infrastructure, to ensure the correct build and oversight to meet P&S Objectives
- Ownership of CRM design principles and development of P&S CRM Design authority to ensure capturing of ongoing use requirements.
- Maintenance of ongoing relationships with CRM vendors, ensuring relationship adheres to supplier management protocols and provides a centralised point of contact on behalf of the business unit.
- Customising and extending CRM functionality, ensuring the CRM systems are effectively integrated and provide system stability and performance.
- Ensure systems are effectively embedded into the organisation, by providing training, managing changes and regularly testing to identify areas of improvement
- Demonstrate a high level of understanding of the CRM market to ensure continuous innovation and provide best in class CRM capability
- Effectively partner with key stakeholders to influence and ensure appropriate engagement and alignment of CRM initiatives, supporting the management of misaligned or conflicting priorities
- Actively recruit, lead, coach and mentor a team to maximise performance and engagement, ensuring continuous education and talent development is maintained.
