This role will see you working with Saint-Gobain Building Distribution which includes general builders and plumbers merchants, and a wide variety of specialist materials distributors.

In the role, you will prepare and distribute performance reports and statistics, as well as manage and maintain the Microsoft Databases and reports.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and distribute performance reports and statistics in accordance with agreed timetables for internal and external use
- Support the Credit Services Function within the Group
- Provide administrative duties as required
- First point of contact for queries coming into the department
**What skills and experience are we looking for?**
- Strong MS Access experience
- Database Admin/maintenance (basic understanding of changing/updating tables, data imports/refresh etc.)
- Reporting (ideally design of queries out of MS Access)
- PC literate with knowledge of MS Office
- Positive and confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and deliver reports in a timely manner
