An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stock Coordinator to join the team here at Battles. The role will be fast paced and cross functional within the business.

We are looking for a Stock Coordinator to come into the role and drive improvements with all aspects of our stock on site.

Building relationships will be key as you will follow up delivery shortfalls with suppliers and put in place plans to minimise the impact on our customer service level.

**Duties**
- Lead the accurate management of stock within the business
- Track inventory performance and identify improvement opportunities through the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Put away time
- Inventory turnover
- Backorder rate/stock availability
- Inventory shrinkage
- Dead Stock/Obsolete Stock
- Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements in On Time Delivery (OTD).

**About you**
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication & organisation skills
- Ability to multi-task and to prioritise in an ever-changing environment
- A can-do, enabling attitude; adaptable and flexible
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience working in a target driven role with the understanding of how KPIs effect overall performance and output in a business.
