**About the Role**

The **Digital Marketing Specialist**is a newly created role in the fast-growing marketing department and will suit somebody who thrives on being busy.

This role is for an individual who is comfortable carrying out a variety of tasks with exceptional interpersonal skills and time management. The duties will include, but not limited to:

- Effectively collaborate across all teams to ensure the marketing campaigns are successful
- Champion innovative concepts and ideas to produce compelling content based on market trends and/or product categories
- Assist in managing projects to ensure deadlines are met
- On-site merchandising
- Making sure all sales and marketing materials are current, and in line with the message and offering, by regularly auditing the content
- Encourage customer acquisition, retention, and engagement by supporting the growth plan
- Promotional planning across our websites and brands

We are looking for a proactive individual with a passion for creating compelling content and increasing brand awareness. You will enjoy being part of a thriving and busy team and also be confident in your abilities to lead and make decisions.

Your skills/experience:

- Minimum two years experience in a similar role
- Understanding of SEO and PPC
- Awareness of social media, organic and paid marketing
- Proven ability to organise tasks and adhere to strict deadlines while paying close attention to details.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a multitude of activities with competing deadlines
- Experience working within vape products, e-liquids, CBD or health and wellness products (desired)

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
