As an Assistant Master Model Builder, you will have the incredible opportunity to bring LEGO worlds to life and create magical experiences that will leave a lasting impact on our guests.

**What we're looking for**:

- A passion for LEGO and a genuine love for creating magical experiences
- Outgoing personality with a charismatic and fun-loving nature
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently explain builds and the design process
- Great with kids and able to communicate on their level
- Broadly creative with a hobbyist mentality, always seeking new ways to bring ideas to life
- Brand knowledge and a strong desire to share your passion for LEGO with others
- Comfortable on camera with TV, social media and other forms of PR

This exciting role is guest facing and crucial to the LEGO experience by proactively inspiring and teaching guests to create interesting and imaginative builds. You will consistently champion guest engagement and a shared build experience, giving the guests the opportunity to interact directly with a Model Builder. You’ll also work with the Master Model Builder to offer workshops involving different levels of challenges and complexity to broaden the appeal and inspire the builders of today (and tomorrow).

We have two full-time and one part-time roles available on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. Our attraction is open daily so full availability is needed, as you’ll be expected to work your fair share of weekends and school/bank holidays.
