**What does the CS Onboarder team do?**

Our Onboarding team helps the client to become familiar with our tool, making the configuration according to the needs of each business in order to get the most out of it and achieve account activation. This is done during the first month of subscription, after the sale made by the salesperson.

**The role**:

- Build relationships with our customers, support them from the first call and during their first month of subscription, follow up for the correct activation of the account and thus be able to meet the established objectives.
- Identify, develop and recognise opportunities to improve processes in order to improve workflow in an efficient manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, queries and concerns through our CRM (salesforce).
- Weekly meetings with your team leader and team to support your needs and objectives.
- Team sessions with our product expert to help you master the product.
- Support and collaboration across all Booksy teams: sales, support, operations, HR, marketing.
- Representation at trade shows in different cities to support current and potential customers.
- Participation in ad hoc projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in telephone customer service.
- Excellent communication and technological skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and adapt language to the customer.
- Self-motivated, organised and efficient, able to manage time and prioritise tasks
- Proficient in the use of CRM systems
