**Job Summary**:
This is a fascinating opportunity to work as the lead clinician for our dedicated team of staff and volunteers, all of whom are committed to supporting people and families affected by Acquired Brain Injury. You would work alongside the Executive Officer (Funding, Marketing and Strategy) holding overall decision-making responsibility and accountability for the running of the day centre and outreach programmes.

Herefordshire Headway is a dynamic and caring organisation, established as a registered charity and company limited by guarantee in 2002. We have purchased our own day centre and converted it to be an outstanding specialist facility working with adults aged 18 and above. In this position you would lead the client/patient care planning process, and manage the music, and speech therapist services, as well as a wide range of tutors delivering the recreational activities which underpin our ethos of continual skills maintenance and lifelong enablement support. The team is friendly and inclusive and the charity’s governance and finances are strong. We believe that Headway Herefordshire offers one of the highest quality and best value services to be found in the region.
