Location: Neath Port Talbot, West Glamorgan
Position: Temporary, Full Time (37 Hours - Ongoing)
- Mondayto Thursday
- 8.30am-5pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
- Friday
8.30am-4.30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)

REED Further Education are recruiting for a Finance Officer to work 37 hours per week for a fantastic College in the Neath Port Talbot area.

The primary duties, tasks and responsibilities of this job role are to;
Duties include:

- Approval and processing of all sales invoices.
- Processing payments to Sales ledger
- Dealing with all enquires relating to Sales ledger
- Producing month end statements for Sales ledger
- Processing banking information into the college’s finance system
- General office duties to include banking of cash, student & staff queries.

The successful Finance Officer will have the following skills and qualifications:

- Attention to detail and good time management
- Relevant Level 3 qualification
- DBS registered to the update service
- Level 2 in English & Maths
- IT Literate to Level 2
- Experience of computerised accounting systems
- An understanding of Accounting methods is **Essential**
