**Job Description Summary**: Training lead oversees employee training and development activities in our BPEG organization and beyond to support PDx SAP user experience. The position holder identifies training needs, develop effective training programs, coordinates the work of trainers, and manages training a selected training software.
Through a network of functional business leads and system key users the PDx Business Analyst is responsible for optimizing end to end business processes through effective use and development of our business systems. The job holder will play a key role on new and change projects involving SAP and related systems to ensure the changes are aligned and deliver maximum benefit across all the sites within the function.
The role cover is cross-functional.
**Responsibilities**:
- Training of Employees - Determine how to acclimate the employee to the business and what training the employee needs to develop the right skills and knowledge for the job.
- Development of Training Programs - Oversees developing training programs to improve the performance of the company as well as schedule in-house or field programs where employees participate in activities designed to boost their workplace performance, such as team building exercises or seminars.
- Evaluation - Keep records on the impact of existing training programs and determine what, if any, improvements should be made.
- Report to Management - Update management on whether the training budget is adequate and suggest areas where more resources are needed. In addition, the training specialist stays abreast of new trends and tools in employee development, and lets management know whether the company needs to update its training programs with new features.
- Establish and maintain an effective communication network with business leaders, key users and SAP functional consultants representing their relevant function across the global template
- Working with business leads to identify and train SAP users to move them to key user status and engage them into user forums together with functional Business Admins
**Qualifications and experience**:
- Experience in conducting trainings of IT systems
- Fluent in English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills, advance computer skills and web technology knowledge
- Strong analytical and process skills
- University degree
**Desired skills**:
- Experience in Medical Devices Field
- Subject matter expert of SAP
- Willingness to work in an autonomous way
- Other European languages
**Eligibility requirements**:
A good level of English and a valid work permit
