**An exciting opportunity has risen for a Telesales representative to join our rapidly growing business.**

We are looking for a motivated and details-oriented sales professional to be the key point of contact between our company and customers. The role will involve supporting business growth and generation of leads and opportunities to upsell their services while supporting the sales team and future success.

You will aim to foster strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers as well as manage the continuous increase of the business volume.

**The Role**:

- Work at a quick pace whilst ensuring every potential customer feels like they are receiving the best possible service.
- Following up with potential customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Upselling products and services to maximise sales opportunities.
- Gather data from a range of sources to generate leads.
- Review, develop and implement effective processes that are driven by our values.
- Ensure CRM is accurate and updated daily.
- Develop sales campaign schedules and maintain reports and records of contacts, opportunities, and conversation rates.
- Results forecasting and performance tracking against targets.
- Achieve and exceed KPI's and sales targets on a consistent basis

**Experience & Essential Criteria**:

- Experience in a Telesales role for a minimum of 2 years
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Confidence and ability to articulate well on the phone.
- IT skills, including experience use of CRM systems.
- Goal oriented and results driven.
- Ability to manage your own workload - handling multiple tasks and prioritising work effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- You’ll be confident and tenacious, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
