The post holder will be responsible for the collection, use and interpretation of information and data related to the delivery of safer staffing across the organisation’s inpatient and community services developing systems and processes as required.

The post holder will provide strategic professional and visible senior leadership across the trust, ensuring appropriate advice regarding Safer Staffing is provided to ensure consistency of implementation across the Operational Directorates.

The post holder will provide a key corporate leadership role within the Trust and be responsible for the development and maintenance of systems and processes to support the delivery of safe patient care through the Safer Staffing Agenda.

To succeed in this role, you will have the ability to think and plan strategically, tactically and creatively, and to prioritise work programmes in the face of competing demands.

You will have the ability to solve complex problems, have strong interpersonal skills and be an excellent communicator.

It is essential that you’re able to capture the hearts and minds of the workforce, whilst at the same time connect, engage and influence multiple stakeholders.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Transformation & Project Lead are:
- Project Management
- To lead, manage and coordinate the delivery of the programme and the

respective schemes within that programme of work
- To lead the development and implementation of an articulate and robust plan

for the programme in conjunction with key stakeholders
- To collectively lead the development and mobilisation of the clinical pathways

within the programme areas including the development of clinical Standard
operating procedures and all relevant governance and managerial
frameworks (including supervision)
- Manage programme controls, ensuring monitoring and control activities and

performance targets are on track, ensuring that the intended benefits are
achieved with outcomes maximised
- Engage key stakeholders throughout the process, identifying relevant

milestones and interdependencies
- Working closely with other Programme Managers & Transformation Project

Leads, and network leadership teams and any relevant GM/Locality
programmes of work to understand impacts and dependencies, providing
updates into appropriate governance structures
- To facilitate the timely resolution of any issues with designated projects and

programmes
- To produce, as required and to agreed deadlines, regular reports updating on
