We are currently recruiting for a **Spa** **Reservationist** to join our Team at Old Thorns

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To be point of contact for all direct and agent hotel bookings for Group, individual Spa days and residential Spa breaks
- To ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner and proactively chase provisional bookings
- To ensure the all administration of Spa bookings and events are recorded accurately and delivered efficiently
- To support spa reception as required to ensure customer service levels are maintained throughout the department

**Knowledge/Skills & Experience Required**:

- Previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised and able to work to deadlines
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent administrative skills with strong IT skills

Old Thorns is a four-star resort in Hampshire. The hotel is easily accessible from the A3, and only 20-30 minutes from the Guildford and Portsmouth.
