Wedding Coordinator

We are looking for a Weddings Co-Ordinator to help plan and execute all aspects of our wedding business, from the initial contact with our couples to helping create unforgettable memories for them. Working within a tight-knit team, you will communicate with couples, respond to enquiries, conduct show rounds and secure new wedding bookings.
**Responsibilities**
- Maximise all wedding sales in order to achieve targets.
- Respond to all enquiries in a timely, confident and professional manner.
- Keep a record of all enquiries, show rounds and sales on a weekly basis.
- Be a point of contact, responding to enquiries, conducting site visits and securing new bookings.
- Assist with the completion of Function Sheets/Packs.
- Plan and communicate effectively throughout the whole process up until the day of the event and to ensure that a smooth handover is delivered to the operations team with accurate function sheets.
- Support the team with the execution of the sales and marketing plan.
- Support with planning and attending Wedding Fayres, Wedding Open Days, etc.
**Experience/Qualifications/Skills**
- Previous experience as a Weddings Coordinator desirable_._
- Passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer care.
- Smart personal presentation and polite and friendly manner.
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Must have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
