The role
We care about delivering excellent services to our residents and as such we are looking for capable and ambitious individuals keen to help families and individuals facing homelessness.
We are looking for people who:
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Are emotionally mature and confident to work with people facing homelessness for various reasons.
- Are organised and proactive in their work and can keep on top of changing priorities
- Are proficient with IT systems, ensuring that all client information is logged and updated accurately.
- Are able to engage and work collaboratively with families and individuals who require housing assistance
- Are self-motivated and engaged team players
**Any other skills**
We are also especially interested in your transferable skills in particular, your ability to assess information, problem solve and communicate effectively with applicants, colleagues, and agencies.

Homelessness Prevention & Solutions officer x 1 - full time permanent post
Homelessness Prevention & Solutions officer x 1- part time permanent post (3 days a week: Monday -Wednesday)
