**SALES ORDER PROCESSOR**

**MONDAY - FRIDAY: 08:00 - 16:30**

**£24,000 - £26,000 PER ANNUM DOE**

People Solutions are working in partnership with a global manufacturing company, who are at the forefront of their industry.

Currently recruiting for a Sales Order Processor, to sit within their customer service function and provide sales & service and administrative support to their clients and the wider internal sales environment.

**Day to Day Duties**

As a Sales Order Processor your duties will involve:

- Developing and maintaining active working relationships with our dealer partners
- Entering and managing all types of sales orders (in SAP) through to completion, including order entry, quotations, follow up on purchase orders, confirmation of shipment dates
- Assisting in tracking and expediting orders through production and shipping, delivery enquiries and tracking of shipments.
- Managing your open orders: overseeing customer's projects from receipt of order through to the point of delivery/collection
- The need to identify specific requirements to enable a seamless customer experience.
- Remaining informed on the status of customer orders and displaying an accurate status on internal systems/spreadsheets
- Providing updates to the business where required.
- Entering all customer complaints in SAP and coordinating the resolution of the complaint including examining record

- Excellent verbal and written communication at a business level
- Flexible, proactive and collaborative approach
- Time Management, highly organised and proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, multitask
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, complexity and make decisions within the scope of the role
- Managing and resolving conflict when we are unable to meet the customer’s expectations

**Desirable Experience**

It would be desirable as a Sales Order Processor if:

- You have worked with SAP, or another ERP system before
- Have knowledge of import/export procedures
- Have experience within the manufacturing sector
