Our client owns properties throughout the UK and across all sectors with a strong track record of acquisition, development, and improvement.

We are excited to be recruiting for a versatile and highly resourceful Operations Coordinator to support the directors in the Hungerford office. This is a 13-month fixed-term contract, working either 30 or 37.5 hours per week, ideally starting in the New Year. We are open to discussing flexible working options, but ideally, 4 days, Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm would be preferred.

You will need to be personable, self-motivated, competent, and discreet with high professional standards, sound judgement, and strong commercial acumen. Your ability to multi-task, project manage and build relationships with property managers, managing agents, utility companies, solicitors, and third-party contractors will be key to your success. Previous experience of working within the property sector or for a private family office would be desirable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with multiple managing agents across the portfolio
- Liaise with external property managers to ensure all property management functions run smoothly
- Research and instruct contractors for specific projects
- Ensure properties and all associated documentation are ready for marketing
- Maintain working knowledge across the portfolio of all properties and events
- Maintain and update the CRM system with lease renewals, sales, etc
- Process, approve and ensure swift settlement of invoices
- Coordination of meetings and diary management
- Research projects for the wider business including a fact find
- Track, oversee, coordinate, and witness legal documents for sales and lease agreements
