Order Processing Administrator

St Albans, United Kingdom Windfall Logistics Ltd Full time

The Order Processing Assistant will be joining a great team of people that manages food and drink products that are found in major supermarkets and wholesalers.

Duties will include:

- Processing and updating around 60 client orders on a daily basis
- Working closely with finance to ensure correct pricing of products
- Working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure that client deliveries are correctly scheduled
- Effectively communicating with clients and dealing with any potential issues should they arise
- Monitor designated client accounts, reporting any errors or issues to the operations manager
- Producing weekly and monthly reports to assist finance and operations manager
- A small element of administrative duties as required

**Essential Skills and Attributes**:

- An enthusiastic individual with excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in an order / data processing environment would be beneficial
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and data-driven environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,616.00-£25,223.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- St Albans: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
