**Role**: ECS (E-Cigarette Specialist)

**Location**: Oban

**Contract**: 20 Hours per week minimum.

**Starting Rate**:£10.50** with further **increase** following successful completion of **training**

**OTE of £14.00 per hour +**

We are looking to expand our team, and hire an ECS with key-holder responsibilities to join our store

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a customer-facing environment,

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Provide excellent customer care & advice
- Ensure stock levels are maintained accurately
- Increase customer retention by delivering consistently high levels of customer service
- Assist the manager and wider team in the day-to-day running of the store
