Store Manager - Retail Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our premium retail store in Oban. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and staffing of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Open and close the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
* Manage store staff, providing training and coaching to achieve sales targets
* Work within company guidelines to achieve financial targets and maintain high store standards
* Oversee store housekeeping and visual merchandising, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for customers

**Requirements**

* Proven retail management experience, ideally in a 1-2-1 customer service environment
* Positive and passionate individual with excellent communication skills
* Ability to think on your feet and react to change, with a focus on maximizing sales and KPIs
