About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at a leading premium retailer in Oban. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and staffing of the store, ensuring that all sales and customer service targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the store's financial performance, including sales, profits, and expenses
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement
- Manage store housekeeping, including inventory management, stock control, and maintenance of store fixtures and equipment
- Collaborate with the store's management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, ideally in a 1-2-1 customer service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
