At RHC Lifting we offer our clients are variety of services including the maintenance and repair or lifting equipment as well as the design, manufacture, and delivery of cutting-edge lifting solutions. We are looking for a Service Coordinator / Estimator to join our busy team at our Head Office in Yate.

The
**Service Coordinator / Estimator** will be responsible for:

- Reviewing engineer reports, preparing quotations and liaison with customers.
- Ensuring that great communication and a high-quality service is delivered at all times.
- Working with the engineering team as and where appropriate to gather information to inform the quotations process.
- Monitoring and following up quotations and chasing purchase orders for work from our customers.
- Ensuring customers are kept informed about the service that we are providing at all times.
- Logging all jobs and information relating to quoted works on our CRM system (Salesforce).
- General office administration duties as required.

To be considered for the role you will need to demonstrate:

- Excellent communication skills both on a face-to-face basis and over the telephone.
- The ability to develop productive and positive working relationships across all levels of the business.
- Great organisation and time management skills.
- IT competency particularly in respect of MS Office, experience in the use of customer databases would be an advantage.
- The ability to use your initiative to get the job done.
- A commitment to customer service excellence.
- Job types: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: From £23,000.00 per year

- Education:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Work Location: In person
