Pharmacy Medical Counter Assistant Certificate and NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant qualifications required.

Minimum 30 hours per week Monday to Friday (also extra to cover holiday periods)

Roles include:

- Working in a professional and efficient manner adhering to SOPs, abiding by legal and ethical guidelines set out by the GPhC, understanding importance of patient confidentiality and data protection.
- Assisting with the provision and promotion of pharmacy services by processing and assembling prescriptions, dispensing MDS, along with the management of stock levels.
- Being the first point of call for patients, providing up-to-date and accurate healthcare advice to the public ensuring a high level of professional service.
- Should be comfortable communicating with patients in both face-to-face and over the telephone situations.
- Keeping up to date with current issues in pharmacy, showing willingness to further develop existing knowledge and additional skills.
- Being a team contributor, supporting the responsible pharmacist and colleagues.

Minimum 1 year experience

/ Part-time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
