**Position: Recruitment Business Partner**

**Location: Newport-based office; hybrid working - 2 days in the office per month**

**Salary: £33,500 per year + fantastic perks**

As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a super important part within an amazing, purpose-led People team, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, to ensure this organisation meets their growth targets over the next 12 months.

Maybe you’ve got operational recruitment experience, but want to develop your skills and experience in:

- Business Partnering?
- Branding and Digital Comms?
- Strategic workforce planning?
- Writing policies and procedures?
- Wider HR / People & Culture practices - employment law, EDI, learning and development, etc.

Your typical responsibilities will be:

- Writing and advertising vacancies internally and externally on relevant job boards and social media channels.
- Coaching Hiring Managers on recruitment best practice and developing training tools to support them when recruiting.
- Producing regular KPI reports and providing input to MI as required.
- Participation and support of cross-functional projects within the People function

To be successful in this Recruitment Business Partner role, you will need:

- Experience and a great understanding of the full, end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to quickly build great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive approach, willingness to learn and exceptional organisation skills
- Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong communicator - both written and spoken.
