Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced HR Business Partner

Hoop Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful and well-regarded organisation based in Cardiff. Our client is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join their established team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team, providing expert advice on HR best practices. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships to drive business outcomes
  • Developing and implementing HR policies that align with business objectives
  • Overseeing employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary, and grievance procedures
  • Driving equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives to create a positive work environment
  • Leading on succession and workforce planning to ensure business continuity
  • Taking ownership of training and development programmes to upskill the team
  • Driving recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract top talent
  • Overseeing the monthly payroll to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Contributing to the development of the people strategy to drive business success
